Spice Hut - Walsall

The food arrived cold and when we raised our concerns to the restaurant, they said we had to accept it because they were busy. We ordered a special balti that was missing king prawns and only had one prawn. The meat was chewy, chips were missing from the order, and they sent a plain naan instead of a garlic naan. They quoted us £30 over the phone but tried to charge £35 at the door. Overall, it was a complete rip off. We gave the restaurant a chance to fix the issue but they were not interested.

Disgusting food and bad customer service. Ordered at 8 food didn't arrive till 10.30 stone cold and wasted £20.00, asked for a refund and the guy put the phone down. I should of read the reviews first place has so many poor reviews how are they still in business?

I have the flu and don't feel like cooking, order vindaloo and tandoori mixed , came quick, delivery man was polite, will deffo use again.

Food didn't arrive at all. Due at 1.40.....then 2.05....called at 2:20 and was told they are 5 mins away. 3.10 they are shut and no food arrived. Still took my money though!!!

Ordered at 7.30 was told 40 mins for delivery, hour and 10 mins later rang the excuse was driver had been in accident, 2 hours later food arrives stone cold all went in bin awful food, ring to complain to be told you haven't ordered from here constantly asking for address, we did order from you on the phone not on line, fair to say after reading most reviews a lot have the same problem next time I know to order near to home absolutely disgusting food, staff rude
