Fairlawns And - Walsall

Just come back from a 3 night stay at this hotel, we didn't have any meals there. On the Saturday afternoon a mains water pipe burst and the water to the hotel was cut off as were another 20,000 homes in the area. Emily the reception manager phoned us and gave us the option to leave with a full refund but we didn't have anywhere else to go so we stayed. The hotel staff worked really hard to give the best service they could and put about 10 litres of water in bottles in our room. We couldn't fault anything with the hotel it was very clean and our room was very comfortable, all the hotel staff were really friendly. We went into the Spa on Saturday afternoon which was very nice and relaxing. They have a bank of EV chargers which was very handy to charge our car. We would certainly stay here again. Stayed 14th October for our sons wedding. We had a fantastic day, from the moment we arrived. Staff are brilliant nothing is to much trouble for them. The wedding was amazing, food superb, couldn't have asked for a better day. Thank you Fairlawns for making the day so special for the 2 grooms and the wedding party. Took my mum for Afternoon tea, food was beautiful, we initially had to wait 20+ mins to be served as we were just left there not a great start) then jade came over and she couldn’t apologise enough she was unaware we hadn’t been seen to) couldn’t do enough for us, she also seemed to be doing a lot whilst others were nowhere to be seen or having a casual chat. fairlawns definitely need to recognise and appreciate jades hard work, Service: 5 Location: 5
