Perfect cappuccino! And staff are nice and friendly! It used to be not so good, but a change of staff that knows how to make a good cappuccino, makes me happy! It is 10p more than other Costa

The young lady (jess) who served me again today is just always such a pleasant person. It's so lovely to walk in to a coffee shop and be greeted by someone so lovely.

My pregnant partner and I visited this store, and the service was the worst I’ve seen. There were empty tables, but not cleaned, on asking , for them to clean one, it was like asking for the world, the girl came over with the most put out face, like I was asking for the world. The order came and it was the wrong order, again letting them know this, was like my fault! I thought speaking to the manager would help me in my visit today, to find the managers view was, that me and my pregnant partner should have sat where the tables were empty, not the tables we wanted, crazy or what! Is it to much to ask to pick up a tray and spray , am I really asking for to much? To confirm this is the Aldridge branch!

I visited the restaurant today and ordered a skinny latte and a toasted sandwich. They did not ask me what size I wanted and just assumed I wanted a large. They should offer different sizes. When my order was delivered to me, I was surprised by how weak the coffee was - it looked like a glass of hot milk and tasted terrible. The sandwich was also disappointing as it was only toasted on one side. Despite being hungry and in a rush, I forced myself to eat the sandwich but left the coffee untouched. Overall, my experience was terrible.
