Panera Bread - Walpole

I recently visited the drive-thru at this Panera Bread location and attempted to order a value duet. I was informed that this store does not offer that option. I'm not sure if that is accurate, but I was quickly dismissed without being offered any alternatives. Additionally, I noticed that the prices at this location are higher than those listed on the Panera Bread website. When I showed the employee the app with the prices, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and was offered a receipt, along with the suggestion to contact corporate for a refund. This experience showcased poor customer service. As a regular Panera Bread customer, I found this treatment to be quite disappointing. I will be avoiding this particular location in the future.

This is the best Panera I've ever been to! The entire staff, including the kitchen team, are truly amazing people. The new store manager could use some improvement, but I still highly recommend this place!

The management here is very unprofessional. I understand that the current labor shortage has led to some companies overlooking unpleasant behavior, but the manager could have at least pretended to take my complaint about the cashier's poor customer service seriously. Instead, I felt like I was the one at fault. If I return and see that particular cashier, I will probably leave because her negative energy makes the food taste terrible.

I always have a delicious meal here. I also love the free wifi. It's a great location to get work done. There's cute back corner that has some chairs that feel out of the way. There's also cute chairs outside for those who want fresh air seating. I pickedsausage flatbread, chips, and m&m cookie. The flatbread was absolutely delicious. I love pick two here since it gives you timeto try multiple items. The cookies here taste always fresh. I always use cookie as a pick me up snack in afternoon. I also gotstrawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was super smooth, fresh and delicious. It comes pretty small. But I also tried theirlemonade. The lemonade is super sweet and refreshing. I always like adding splash of water to find right balance. Only thing Iwish better was it was cheaper. But in the past, I have seen coupons for free items when you make a profile. That's helpful tipfor you to know! More you go, more appreciate you get.

We ordered2 Cobb salads which were so gross I wouldn't even give the chicken to my dog! It was chewy and I think the salad sat there all day! There was chopped up bacon which was more like chpped up FAT!!! The guacamole was gross! My husband asked forbread to go with both salads and we got one apple!! Never again....what a waste
