Chicken Katsu had little to no panko breading, and was not that crunchy at all. It was cut in all different sizes like they were in a rush and recieved no dressing for the salad. We were pretty disappointed based on the reviews, and we spent over $40 on uber eats for 2 items. It would have been worth it if the food was up to par. Seems like in the past year, quality has gone down drastically and is pretty low effort. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment. Shootz, and Devil's Kitchen Teppan have much better quality food items and will take their time with your food if you want some good katsu!

Still reminiscing about my unforgettable culinary journey to Ginkgo Katsu. The katsu? Golden, crispy, and the epitome of perfection. And those sushi rolls, bursting with flavors, were a delightful treat, particularly the creamy California roll that melted in the mouth. The side dishes though! Each bite of the fried gyoza, the light-as-air shrimp tempura, and the umami-packed takoyaki transported me straight to the streets of Japan. It's not just food; it's an experience. Had a great experience with Ginkgo Katsu catering! We opted for the family trays, did half pork and half chicken katsu. Came with the salad, rice, pickles and all the condiments. Everything went very smoothly! Loved that they offered free delivery within 10 miles. I had about 47 guests and ordered for about 55 people just in case. We had plenty of food, enough for people to take home leftovers! It all tasted great and everyone was very happy! Thank you Ginkgo Katsu!
