Taco Bell - Walnut Ridge

0/10, I’m so tired of coming here (only one of very places in town) and not getting what I pay for. Came through today, young guy working was rushing me to order even after I asked for a sec to look at the new cantina options (could’ve looked online but I didn’t know they had new stuff or I would’ve stuck to my usual), ordered and pulled up to get my drinks. Baja blast Pepsi. I get the Pepsi and then he hands me what looks like a water, and says “it’s a Baja blast”.. I’m not the smartest but even I know that if it’s not looking right, it probably isn’t. “Oh the syrup is probably out what else can I get for you” cool I’m not hard to please we can do Pepsi. Get my food, I’m the only person in the drive through but I just skimmed the bag and went on home. All this to say, I didn’t even get half of my order, the part that I did get was clearly not “fresh” or even somewhat close I opened my cantina burrito to find 4 cubes of chicken. Im so tired from knowing how to do my job and doing it all day that I don’t even want to turn around and go back so they can fix it, give a carefree apology and talk about me while I wait for them to remake it. Im over it. I get it’s all teenagers, but they just need to shut the place down or get new management.

This place is ran by teenagers. It would not be so bad if they weren’t so rude. The manager is a duche and all of the little girls that work in there are stuck up and don’t know how to wipe their nasty face off and smile when a customer walks in. I get we’re in a small town but come on make sure that you have responsible and respectful kids working your restaurants.

Food was excellent and everything was fresh and well

I only like this location when Kandyce is working. The other workers lack the skill. One blonde hair curly haired kid was cussing, so I asked the young lady her name because she is the only one acting correct.

Order 12 pack tacos today got home all tacos were empty they barely put anything at 3 hours of Taco you think they can afford to put food
