Contribuiți la feedbackThe service here is the worst! extremely slow and none of them does know how to redeem points. I came in this morning to redeem my points and they blame me for not having it work, where literally I have enough points to redeem. The woman even told me to wait on the side coz the other person is busy in the drive through. Management should know this and know how to be responsive of customer’s needs. Update: today i went in, ordered ham cheese melt, and they gave me burnt cheese melt. like how? Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I was hesitant to write a review on my experience here, as I normally don’t. However, this was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was such terrible service, that I have never gone back to a Tim Hortons since. After my morning at the gym on my way home, I stopped in to grab a quick breakfast. It was just before 7am, so it was fairly quiet, other than the homeless people keeping warm inside. I waited in line to wait for my turn to order, being no one else in line, an employee slowly makes his way up to the counter. He never makes eye contact with me, or my direction, nor says a word to me. I stood there for a moment, uncertain if he was waiting for me, or if he was busy doing something else at the till. After a moment, I make my way up politely greet him. He says nothing to me, never even making eye contact with me. I begin to order, he’s typing in my order, but never says a word to me! He never acknowledges me. Had I not spoken first, or walked up, he would’ve never taken my order, or done his job that he’s paid to be there for. I initiated the entire service, he never spoke one word to me. It was so incredibly rude, I was baffled at the lack of customer service professionalism. He clearly understood English, being he was able to type in my correct order, so I couldn’t rule out that he didn’t speak the language (which doesn’t necessarily excuse working in an environment where you’re interacting with the public). The lack of smiles is sad, but the lack of simple customer service is even worse. I have never gone back to a Tim Hortons since that encounter, as I no longer enjoy the quality of food, but the lack of customer service has really lost me as a customer. A proud Canadian brand that doesn’t support the Canadian culture of being polite friendly is really a downfall. This is the most disgusting Tim Horton's experience I've ever had. I can deal with the fact that they NEVER get my order right. But today I made the mistake of eating inside and was disgusting, floor with dirt and garbage, dirty tables, flies and the bathroom... I don't even want to tell. NEVER coming back to this location, the manager needs to be fired today! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Worst service and disrespectful staff. One of the dirtiest location as well. I was there today around 11 am to order from drive thru. I told the staff that I will get “2 separate orders” and I will also get the receipts because those receipts are for my work and I need to submit it to them. Once I get to the window, I picked up my orders and I have to follow up to them the receipts. They just gave me only 1 receipt and included the second separate order there. Which I told them that I need “2 separate receipts” because they’re 2 separate orders. The second staff kept on insisting her part that it was already separated and even told me I have to tell it to them before ordering. How come you will tell this thing to your customer? I just found them too lazy to do what they need to do. I told them I want to talk the supervisor and the person that was arguing with me was exactly the supervisor. What kind of leadership do you guys have? This is my second time I’ve experienced this kind of service from this location and that’s why I need to do something about it because the service and staff are getting really worst. Well we had come for lunch around 1 pm and the manager was telling three people, I'm pretty sure they were homeless, that they had to leave, I don't know how long they were there but considering it's the Tim Hortons by City Library it's quite common for people who might appear homeless sitting in the restaurant for long periods of time. So there were some heated words exchanged and 2 left the 3 person was told that they had to leave or they will call the cops. The person then yelled a bit, picked up a chair and threw it, then left. The manager who was a small woman did such a great job for standing up for her store. Other than that service was good and the staff was friendly.
