Mel's Mocha Ice Cream - Walnut Grove

Charming, vintage ice cream shop located in a beautiful antique building. The staff is incredibly friendly. Be sure to try the Bing cherry ice cream! It's situated right across from a dock where you can enjoy views of the river. We always take the scenic route back from Grandma's just to stop by.

Great place to stop while driving through the delta on your way to wherever! The ice cream was pretty good; nice and creamy, but the flavor was more on the subtle side. Fun stop anyway!! We'll definitely be stopping again anytime we have to go to Brentwood!

Nice place off 160 to stop off and grab a bite, something to drink, and even get some ice cream (see video). Parking: Very limited..may have to park downhill and walk back up.
