The place has not been kept, you can see a dirty kitchen from the dining room food is good but I don’t trust a dirty kitchen

Took them really long to serve two adults and one kid. Food was very greasy.

The host/staff took forever to seat us. About 10 mins after our reservation time. Our waitress was nice. But, didn’t offer if we wanted dessert after our meal. She also brought us the check then asked me after if I wanted a another cocktail? Food was good. But, a bit over price.

I saw the reviews online and should have listened. Service was terrible here: it took 30 mins to get a drink, 45 mins to get 2 appetizers, and after an hour we still had no food. I ended up not even eating my food after being so disgusted with the service. I should have went to the location in Emeryville, but they had no reservations left. The excuse we were given is the head chef is at the A’s baseball game. No discount was offered for this terrible service. We still had to pay the full bill. If I had the energy I would call the corporate office as no concessions were given for this terrible service. The manager Arlene made no attempt to REALLY help us. Our business was obviously not welcomed, but no worries because I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

Definitely not worth it anymore. The food is super moderate. Not like before. Our TABLE service was excellent, but the hostesses were terrible. We had reservations for 6:45. At 6:35. There was a ton of empty tables, but many people stood to sit at their particular times. Even with the people who came earlier than ours, there was a ton of empty tables! When our table was finally finished, it was dirty: food on the table and underneath, spilled drinks under the seats. The hostess must have been blind because she has always brought us there until I have pointed them out and asked to clean up someone. Lower line, don't come back.
