Ihop - Walnut Creek

A decent dinner meal with a large portion of turkey slices, mashed potatoes and a garden salad. My husband had pot roast with potatoes and vegetables. We came in about 8 pm and were greeted and seated promptly. The server was pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere was as expected in a diner. Prices were good due to the 55+ menu. Overall a good experience, but nothing amazing.

Extremely dissappointed with service. Long seating time long wait time to order and very long wait times for food. Have been going to this location for 3 years, service did improved at some point but last few visits have been longest wait times.

I tried the original pancake and fajitas omelette. Both were delicious. Also, they were too big. We were two and couldn’t complete them.

Georgina is a great waitress,, clean atmosphere, caring servers.

They forgot to bring my food. And then told me they accidentally gave it to another person. They never checked up on me and took them thirty minutes to bring my food. Very bad customer service.
