Havana - Walnut Creek

Our waiter was excellent; his recommendations after asking us a few food likes/dislikes was spot on. We enjoyed several tapas plates and various drinks.

Despite having reservations, we waited thirty minutes to be seated and then the mad rush by the waitress to get us to order and get out ASAP began. We were never asked how our food was or hey , can I get anything else for you . Just seemed very odd. Having tried cuban food over the years, I can say that the paella was under cooked and the empandas ' were so-so. The fish ceviche was only shrimp..no other fish ceviche choice, sorry to say. But oh well, will not return since there are may other similar restaurants in the area with much better food and service.

Love Mojito Monday! Loaded up on a pitcher of blood orange pineapple Mojitos and 7 different tapas. Everything was delicious.

This was my first visit to Havana. The food was exceptional and great service too. I highly recommend this authentic restaurant to anybody that enjoys a great meals and spectacular beverages. Will definitely put this on my list of 'best class '

Poor ambiance greeted with sour aroma form the bar cleaning and our table had not only soiled plates but really dirty salt pepper shakers. food was mediocre at best.
