George's Giant Hamburger - Walnut Creek

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive to every guest. Even more importantly, the food is fantastic! As a regular customer, I've tried everything on the menu, and it's all fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend this place!

I went there on a Saturday after lunch time and I lucked out that it was empty. I also got a parking spot infront of the place. The food was as simple as can be and everything was sold separately, no “meal item” ..I got a regular hamburger, sweet potato fries and a chocolate frosty. The burger was cooked to my satisfaction and the fries was hot and soft. The frosty was a good consistency, not too watery and not too thick. I got to talk to the new owner and he was very friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. I saw him talked to all the people that were eating at the restaurant. The vibe was very welcoming and warm. Parking spot is the only issue as it is limited. So avoid the meal times or just get it to go. I’ll definitely go back and bring my family next time.

Never disappoint, they've been around a while and are my favorite local burger spot!!
