Burgerim - Walnut Creek

I am very disappointed to hear that this restaurant will be closing on April 29. I stopped by for lunch today and saw the sign announcing the closure. It's a shame that now that more people have found out about it, it will be shutting down. I always enjoyed their salmon and lamb burgers. It was quite busy today, so I'm not sure why they are closing.

Considering the Walnut Creek restaurant is across the street from 10,000 of the most health aware senior citizens in America, the menu is bizarrely limited. No decent salad. Absolutely nothing healthy available. A better menu could increase business tremendously. But I guess they have to follow the corporate menu. Decent burgers. Nothing special. Don't know who is writing the favorable reviews, as it is not located near any areas with young people and is not convenient for them..

My first time eating at BurgerIM , I was pleasantly surprised how the food is, really really good. Staff was amazing and very helpful, lot’s of parking available. I will definitely go back and I recommend this location to everyone.

I arrived in the evening while waiting for my sons to finish basketball practice. The service was a bit slow, but the burger and fries were delicious. The staff apologized for the delay and took responsibility, which I appreciated.

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the burgers at this restaurant! They taste so fresh and juicy, almost like they were homemade. The addition of fresh tomatoes and lettuce really enhances the flavor. The fries are thick and have the perfect combination of crunch and softness. The restaurant itself is very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I am now a loyal customer!
