I was reading the good and bad reviews about the restaurant i had Dinner at this restaurant with my family and I can see it it’s all lies and hatred towards the owner and the employees, i’m from Chile and I live in Queens New York, I have eating with my entire family in many Peruvian restaurantsLike Pío pío, el Inca, el sol, Pollo rico and many others in New York City, I also had dinner in one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Santiago Chile, my wife is from Peru visit Peru many times ate lots of Peruvian food as you can see for me this restaurant has the best Peruvian food that I have ever eaten with my family, I drive an hour from Bayside to eat at the restaurant, we try many dishes and they’ll good matter of fact delicious, The food is not prepared by a cook is prepared by a chef. Probably he paid his way into a culinary school to cook such a delicious food and the way it is prepared on the plates is done by an artist because the plate looks beautiful is a picture for a postcard

Let me start off by saying if I can rate this place no stars I would but in order to give a review I had to at least choose one star. Today there was an incident where there was a hair in my Child’s food, when the incident was brought to the attention of the staff my child was told that “they’ve never had that happen before” which I can’t understand why that would matter if there is a hair in someone’s food!! The staff then proceeded to say they can only give back half the money of $10.65 (they gave back $5 in cash the money wasn’t even refunded back to my child’s card and it wasn’t a full 50% refund back) I then called to try to get the issue resolved but received nothing but unprofessionalism and sarcasm from the lady on the phone which was very disappointing. The lady wouldn’t even put a manager on the phone and proceeded to tell me that they had the same incident happen before with the same customer which was a total and complete lie because my child along with many of the children in town always go there on their lunch break for years already (that would have been a complaint against her long ago wouldn’t you say) anyways I was told by the lady multiple times “it’s fine and ok” to whatever I would say along with speaking over me which I am very disappointed by therefore I will be taking other proper measures to get this issue resolved in the proper way!! They’ve lost valuable costumers in the town which I'm sure they would never care about but it is very disappointing the actions taken (rather lack there of) were so unprofessional!! Shame on you for the extremely poor customer service and taking advantage of a minor!!

This place has the most delicious rotisserie chicken around the area! The green sauce and fries are quite tasty, and even though I was a little skeptical at the beginning, the food and their friendly staff were on point.I wish this place good luck since many of their reviews seem odd but trust me, always be open minded with restaurants. I will be coming back soon!

Food is great!! my staff loves it!! but man I got a mortgage faster than it took to order the food
