Was surprised that there was a nice staff member working here this dayNot a fan of this store in general but my daughters like it as a treat

Great friendly service, however since this is not a corporate location, they lack a lot of the normal stuff you would find at a regular corporate location. Such as pour overs. Not available

Workers always make the BEST tasting drinks here! even when it is busy they are so polite to everyone. love the baristas here!

Workers run around like they are doing something not ever finishing a drink.

I went to get a refill like I do every time I’m here and for the first time ever told I needed an app never going to this Starbucks again, I was just here a few days ago and had diffrent people serve me and they never charged me to refill my coffee than they try to tell me that’s how it’s always been I was literal here three days ago for hours and had three or four refills free of charge I highly suggest taking your target business to the wixom location because at least they give you free refills and don’t charge
