When our food arrived, it looked appetizing, but unfortunately, the brisket and pulled pork were served cold—not just at room temperature, but actually cold. We informed the waitress, who took it back to the kitchen. When it returned, the sides had grill marks, but some slices of meat were still cold. The shrimp, unfortunately, had become overcooked by this point, which was disappointing. The manager came over to apologize and explain that the meat is smoked and about the temperatures. While he was polite, I find it hard to believe that the meat was freshly prepared that day—it tasted refrigerated. I truly think that if the meat had been fresh, it would have been fantastic.

I visited for their lunch service, but the place was completely empty, including the staff. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. While their food might be tasty, the service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have plenty of time to spare. Service rating: 1.

I'm really saddened to see that this place has closed down. I discovered it last year and shared it with my family, who also adored it. The food was consistently amazing, the drinks were fantastic, and our servers were a lot of fun. I truly hope they can reopen one day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
