Sweet Chilli - Wallasey

Let me tell you, the food is top-notch! I ordered the lamb madras, the rezela cheese naan, and roasted rice, and I would rate them a perfect 10/10. The quality was far better than any other takeaway I've tried, and honestly, it surpassed many sit-down restaurants as well. I did have to wait a bit longer in my car than originally promised, but honestly, it was worth it. I would rather wait for a delicious, flavorful curry than settle for bland fast food. While I acknowledge that some reviews pointed out legitimate issues, my experience on Saturday, September 5, 2021, was fantastic. The chef prepared high-quality lamb and chicken with perfectly fluffy rice. As long as I continue to receive the same level of cooking and service in the future, I'll definitely be a regular customer! My only hope is that the incredible chef working that night is around for my next visit because consistency in quality matters, and not every chef delivers the same experience.

The service and food are excellent, and I will only order from Rockwood Bistro on Seabank Road in New Hellon.
