Went through drive thru and they asked me to set in parking lot while they made the food. OK, no big deal. 15 minutes later I give up and go inside, my food, which was cold by now, was setting on the counter. HAD to ask for it. Last time ever. With the new Wendy's next door you would think they would realize people can and will go elsewhere. Here's a pic of their cold fries and POS chicken Philly...what you get for $11.
