Kfc - Walla Walla

The sandwich Is always good....but I also got a pot pie....something has been done to recipe....the crust was different, the filling was different...and NOT in a good way....will not order again!!!!!

Far too often do the employees mess up an order or even give orders to the wrong customer. It is being run horribly.

They did it again! Out of all the times I have ordered from this kfc in the last 3+ years they have literally only gotten it right once (literally). But don’t try to complain to corporate. That’s even more of a joke. And if they forget your biscuit, they will tell you you have to go back online to reorder it and then get reimbursed! ??????????????? God help this little town.

Ordered 8 piece family meal. Instead of two breasts we got two extra thighs. Instead of 4 biscuits we got nothing. This has happened before. I think they do it on purpose. What a rip off.

Wow ,best fried chicken I’ve had in a while ,was told there’s new management and it definitely shows ,food tastes great and the inside is getting there slowly but surely you can see the nice fine dining aesthetic they’re trying to do ,amazing hospitality ?Vegetarian options: They have nuggets made of plants and burgers as well!Dietary restrictions: Just simply ask if you want something altered a real business want take it personally
