Brant Drive-In - Walkerton

I broke into lunch. not many others there, but we still had a waiting time. ordered burger, two of us did not want to relish, relish was anyway on the burgers. and a person ordered cheese balls, they were burned! the amount of food we got was...not enough for any price, quality. I'd say.

After we had eaten very little during the pandemic, we thought we would try the brant drive-in for the last day of the long weekend. we heard the service could be slow, but thought why not. when we moved into the parking lot, it was excellent. when we came to the net, we were number 4. there were about 6 others waiting for command. after approx. We drove 10 minutes to 3rd place. I heard a woman, say she had waited for her fries for 1/2 hour. after another 15 minutes, the order position was not moved. a few people waiting were asked to get their ice. a third got her job and then waited a few minutes for her ice. at this time the woman waiting for her fries went to the window and asked for her money back as she had waited for 45 minutes. we could hear the phone ringing, inside, with people who give up orders. the couple before us had an order 30 minutes before, by phone, and waited for the payment now. at this point we were about 25 minutes in the line. we decided to order another waiting period, plus an additional 45 to get the food was not feasible and we went. it seems that more help than 3 employees are needed. Unfortunately, this was our second attempt to order at the brant drive-in. a year ago we moved to the parking lot to find they had decided to close early in the night. we won't try a third time.

I can usually tell them about the ice, had no other types of food here, often during the summer we drive the small sports car on the hill to have ice (they know how to pamper them evening meal) being aware, small is large, medium. is larger than large to most other places, and now talk about the big ones (Rad-Barrow could be needed)

Great ice-skating place to spend an evening with the grandchildren! big burger, great pommes, great ice-skating! true local walkerton summer time!

Good little drive in restaurant with good service and large portions. Popular place to go for icecream at reasonable prices and shaded/or sun areas to eat outdoors at their picnic tables.
