Burger King - Walker

I went through drive thru around 9 at night order my for it was the whopper jr duo and a small fry they pulled the guy in front of me then they told to go around by the front door..I waited 20 minutes are so..the girl finally came brougham me my food i fet home wrong food..I used to beva manger of bk back in the day..I started off at Central bk... different company know..they were trying to bring down there speed of service...I know we all been there try to make that bonus...but i never put out the wrong food to customer...I had one fault....I dated a girl in my store...I lost my job over that.. never been written up till then...

The gentleman with the dapper belt working the drivethru window at 9-10am this morning made my day. He showed a level of customer engagement and service that was superior to any in my fast food experience lifetime.Dont lose this guy! He is a key personality you NEED for your business and customers!Keep doing what you do man ?? you rock!

Should probably get someone that can read what people requests to prepare the meal. Ordered a whopper meal no pickle or ketchup and a cheeseburger no pickle. Both orders had what I requested not to be on them. Just ridiculous!!!

Terrible service doesnt answer phone closes store when its supposed to be open so i order on the app and i get there for nothing because theyve closed now i cant get in touch they dont answer the phone and bk obly has automated support that tells me since this happened before i wont be getting a refund help me someone is
