The baby back ribs and coleslaw were excellent. The service was outstanding, and the Fat Tire beer complemented the ribs perfectly.

Great Food. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is generally quite efficient, although it can be a bit slow at times. The atmosphere isn't anything special, but I go there for the food, not for the ambiance.

For my main dish, I ordered the ribs, which were outstanding. They were well-trimmed, not overly fatty, and the meat was both sweet and tender. The ribs were generously covered in a lovely glaze during the smoking process, creating a perfect blend of sweetness and smoky flavor. Overall, these were some of the best ribs I’ve ever had—deliciously seasoned and expertly cooked. I opted for beans and coleslaw as my sides. The beans were packed with flavor; often they can be too saucy or bland, but these were on the wetter side with a great balance of smoke and spices. The coleslaw was creamy, lightly seasoned with celery seed, and had a delightful sweetness that was perfectly balanced. After going through various blog and critic reviews, I noticed a few discrepancies or areas that might need adjustments. For example, the sauce is definitely thick and rich, not thin or watery. The hot sauce is mild, adding a nice kick without being overpowering. Since the ribs were cooked to perfection and coated while grilling, there was really no need for extra sauce, although they weren't swimming in it either. As I mentioned earlier, the beans are moist but not excessively saucy, and they might just be some of the best BBQ beans I’ve had in a long time. Also, the coleslaw is creamy, rather than vinegar-based. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend visiting Texas Ribs BBQ. It’s truly delicious barbecue—well-prepared and bursting with flavor!

If you’re looking for the best ribs in town, you absolutely have to visit this restaurant. Their potato salad is excellent, the coleslaw is delicious, and the desserts are fabulous. I really love this place!
