Starbucks - Waldorf

I dont understand why they insist on charging me extra for something Starbucks already charged me for. My drink is 10$ and because of the extra expresso shots youre not putting the same amount of coconut milk because it wont fit in the same cup so why are you charging me twice for the correct amount of coconut milk. And yall use to not charge and no other Starbucks charges. If you’re lazy just say that but to charge me twice for a drink that’s already 10$ i will never come to this establishment again!!!! I will drive the extra mile for good customer service and common sense!!!! Star bucks please contact me if i’m wrong!!!!!

The quality of this location is extremely poor. It sucks because it's closer than Brandywine but I can't get a consistent quality drink here. I suggest a secret shopper pop up and fix the problem because I'd much rather come here than Brandywine. I get a BOSE almost everyday and I've gotten to the point I take photos of the drink just to show them, how white my drink compared to other places.Please fix it.

I love the cleanliness of this location and the staff is very memorable. Wish this location was always on my route to work, I would probably spend more money than I care to just for the atmosphere!

They need to update their hrs of operation because if your a nightowl like myself and family we go out late for starbucks. We are from woodbridge sonita open 24/7
