I actually was very happy with my service! I ordered, set a time for pickup, they were ready as promised. I enjoyed my crabs ? The customer service was good, no complaints! I will definitely order from them again, I like easy!!

I would visited this place and it would be packed on the weekend or they would run out of crabs. I recently visited the location on a Saturday (2)weeks ago. I was the 1st person inside. I could go right in to order and they had crabs. The reason I’m writing this review because we have businesses who business go downhill. Me and my girlfriend ordered a dozen and 1/2 of male crabs. We went home 2 eat them and noticed only 12 crabs in the bag. So what I did I called and said I only have (12) crabs in my bag. So the employee says ok come back and get the (6) we owe you. I went in and received the (6) crabs now I had 2 burn gas to go back. You would have thought they would have put a few in the bag for the inconvenience but they didn’t. Then after I get my crabs I get in my car pull off. The employee from the business call me on the phone and said. You didn’t pay for your crabs. I said calmly I already paid. When she realized I already paid..she apologized ??‍. What these businesses fell to realize..you are not the only business that sell crabs

I have to say they have some of the best crabs ? I’ve had in a long time ! My crabs are always hit meaty and delicious ? the customer service is outstanding! Very satisfied customer ?
