Sonic Drive-in - Waldorf

On a warm and humid day, the wait was a bit long and the prices were on the higher side, but oh wow... that tall, cold, thick, and creamy strawberry-banana milkshake made with real fruit was absolutely worth it. I felt like I was in heaven! Delicious!

We were directed to use the main drive-thru because the drive-in was supposedly closed. After getting our food, we parked in the drive-in area to eat. To our surprise, we heard someone place an order there, despite being told it was closed. Another person arrived and was also told to go to the main drive-thru. It seems like they pick and choose who can order. They don’t want to serve everyone at their car. However, the food was hot and delicious!

I ordered a Route 44 sweet tea, and I noticed a lot of sugar had settled at the bottom of the cup, making it look unappealing. The tea itself was not sweet at all. However, when I brought this to their attention, they quickly resolved the issue. The rest of the food was fresh and delicious! We enjoyed shakes, drinks, and hot meals, all of which were excellent.

The burger was decent, but nothing to write home about. However, the milkshake was absolutely delicious! The staff who assisted us were fantastic, and despite the long line of cars, the drive-thru service was surprisingly quick. I will definitely return for another milkshake—they're just too good to resist!

I absolutely loved this place! The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made a big difference. They were lively and full of jokes, making my experience truly enjoyable. Thank you all for a great time—I can’t wait to return!
