Contribuiți la feedbackWe visited on Monday, which is a very slow night. Even though we called ahead, we had to wait 20 minutes. The place was practically empty. The floor was sticky and we had to wipe our rables down before sitting down. They were very short-staffed. The one waiter was doing everything to keep up with things. I looked at the cooks and some of them didn't have on protective gear on their heads. I was very disappointed all around. I know that it has to do with the overall climate in the service industry. I hope it improves soon.
After getting haircuts, my husband and I decided to visit Red Robin for the first time in nearly ten years. We had a fantastic experience. Although it was busy due to the holiday weekend, we chose to sit at the bar since there were open seats and we didn't want to wait. Plus, we wanted to enjoy some drinks. Our waitress was excellent, the food was spot on, and I'm not sure why it took me so long to return to Red Robin!
I had a really disappointing experience with the food preparation. I ordered a Guac burger, but received old guacamole and raw bacon, which is concerning, especially since I’m pregnant. I urge you to please pay more attention to the quality of your food.
The chicken wings were tasty, but they could have been larger. To my surprise, the sweet potato and garlic fries lacked seasoning and weren't enjoyable. However, the meat lovers thin-crust pizza was delicious. The waitress was attentive and provided good service.
Our server Mark was on it. He was by himself but still he took great care of my family. Also, he gave us best option to maximize our order and still not spend a lot. My only complaint is the bottomless fries. They are either cold or poorly warmed over. Do better Red Robin. Take pride in your work and food like Mark takes for his job.
