Hip Hop Fish Chicken - Waldorf

This place doesn't seem to care about the quality of its offerings. I’ve experienced better New Year's Eves elsewhere, but the Waldorf location is the worst. They pay no attention to how the food looks or tastes, and the staff is rude. I returned three times, hoping it was just an off day. I ordered the salmon and shrimp; the salmon was dry, and the sauce they burnt on it ruined the dish. I also didn't receive the black sauce that was supposed to come with it.

I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is reliable. From what I've noticed, the establishment is clean, particularly in the areas where food is prepared.

The red snapper and grilled shrimp here are the best I've ever tasted. Every bite is full of flavor, and I've never been disappointed. Additionally, the service is excellent!

If I didn't give stars. I come to the restaurant and this place smells very terrible and it wasn't the smell of rotisserie chicken. It smells like bad fitch or shrimp. I regret ordering them when I got my food, I was extremely encoded. Chicken was raw and bleeding. At least one thing right the chicken. It's in your name. And I had to wait a long time. I'll never be disappointed. If you are in the food industry, you will be better.

We ordered with Grubhub. This was our first experience with Silvestre. The food was amazing. I have never been able to find any local restaurant who can provide and offer a fresh snapper whole. It was perfect. Everything was very fresh and my Husband ordered the steak and cheese sub that was loaded with fresh meat and full of flavor. We will be sharing our great experience with our friends and will become a regular customer. thank you for great food!!!
