Genghis Grill - Waldorf

The food is fantastic and you get to create your own dishes. The staff is friendly and happy to explain how it works. I've never used the recipe cards; I prefer to come up with my own combinations. With so many options available, I've never had a bad experience. It's a great spot for protein and vegetarians, thanks to the tofu and vegetable choices. This is my second visit this week!

I really enjoyed the food, but the quality can vary based on the sauce you select. Be sure to taste the sauce beforehand and make your choice wisely.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! I visit regularly, usually 2 to 4 times a week, primarily for the quick service and convenience. However, losing the liquor license has been a significant blow, as I used to enjoy a drink at the bar while waiting for my food. Unfortunately, I probably won’t return until the liquor license is reinstated. It really enhances the atmosphere for adult customers. The food is consistently excellent—always well-cooked and enjoyable. I’ll also miss Ceara, the bartender, who always made my visits special. It's disappointing to see her go.

As a first-time visitor, I was quite pleased with the variety of meats, starches, and sauces available. Just a heads up: you can’t choose the same bowl twice. The food was delicious, although a bit on the salty side, so I recommend being careful with the sauces and spices! However, I felt that the staff could have been more attentive. It was a bit challenging to get someone to come to our table, and it wasn't even during the lunch or dinner rush.

First and foremost, the decor is incredible! I wasn't sure what to expect, and to be honest, the waitress didn't do a great job of explaining things, but I still had a fantastic experience. They have a wide variety of options, and I can't even begin to describe the array of spices, sauces, meats, and vegetables available. The final result of my selections was a wonderfully delicious fusion of flavors and textures. This has definitely become my new favorite!
