Dunkin' - Waldorf

I ordered a pumpkin donut, the Lil dude gave me an orange cream filled donut, which I never asked. When I explained the mistake, he mocked me in his Indian language. This place makes order donuts harder than it really is. I suggested setting ATMs that understand simple English and what?s on the menu before they serve customers.

Pinefield location. The quality of food is getting worse and worse. Tonight I stopped for a caramel latte on the window and decided to get a donut too. Now I know at 6:00 that the donuts are not the freshest, but seriously this donut was beyond Stale. It was so dry that you thought it was for two days. Really? If you will spend Stale Donuts atleast give them for dirt cheap not full price. Nor seems to be nothing but people who do not know what they do half the time. It's getting old. Make some changes.

This morning at approx. 9:30 am I sat in the line, wait for order, I talk to the person my order, she took my order, I then, come in the window, pick my order and ask the young lady for a sleeve for my coffee 's, she rudely reacts with a node then, I ask for a bag to carry my order in the house when I turn home, I got 2 coffees, donuts and wrinkles. Since she turns with an evil look, I ask her that I like a bag without the additude please When she comes back with the bag, she easily opens the window and holds her arm out to give me the bag. If you don't like your job, look for another! I am in customer service and give every customer 110% if I help them! Please, if you like thr public, find another job that suits you! This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5! I usually have great service there, but not today!

Our drinks were delicious and donut was fresh. I gave 4 stars because the menu dissappeared too quick.

The Dunkin Donuts here is always fast and efficient. I have been going here for years have had no problems. The staff is also nice.
