Burger King - Waldorf

The service was excellent, and our order was spot on! This Burger King is fantastic! However, I was a bit puzzled because we ordered mozzarella sticks, but they tasted stale and were filled with cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella, which was quite disappointing.

Overall, it wasn't too bad, but I did have to wait in line longer than I usually expect. The person at the drive-thru almost forgot to give my card back to me.

The staff is always welcoming, and the food is consistently hot and tasty! I had a problem with a coupon that didn't work, but the manager graciously informed me that I was attempting to use a mobile order coupon and accepted it regardless. I'll be sure not to make that mistake again! The service at Burger King is truly top-notch!

Angel, the manager at the window, was fantastic! I really appreciated her customer service. I believe she might be new to this location, and I’m noticing improvements with both the staff and management. I will definitely be coming back!
