The customer service is good depending on who you get at the window. And they got some interesting drinks but the coffee is your average run of the mill coffee.

By far my favorite BFJ!!! That being only because the baristas are so awesome!!! I go everyday before work. Barista named Lo, is the sweetest I've ever met. Gets us right with our drinks every single time. She comes to work with the intent and the energy tomake everyones day awesome. This location has an awesome team. Lexi and Yvonne are just as awesome! Thanks ladies for startingmy work day on the right foot. The BIG FOOT! ????????

This place is G.O.L.D???? whyyyyyy can't they have more in other states ?????? I'm from GA but out for work and I'm LITERALLY ADDICTED TO THIS PLACE! I need it 2x a day OR MORE!!! I just want to pack one up and bring it to GA with me! I'll starttraveling to Washington more often for this place??????

Not a big fan of how their payment device basically makes you give them a tip before you can sign. On this occasion the white chocolate powder that they use was not mixed properly so my coffee was very gritty, also the two batista's working there weremore concerned with what they did or were going to do on vacation than making coffee. Still one of my favorite places to getcoffee, but was not impressed by this visit.
