Manufaktur - Waldbröl

Really good restaurants are in this region (oberbergisches land) in Germany poor. there are a few but far scattered and not always easy to find.Fordible oil can now be proud of the high-interesting restaurant manufaktur, manufaktur does not serve the usual German cuisine and does not serve those who want to dine (which is a reason why there are not a few people overweight). the manufactory is run by a young chef and his employees and offers a lot of meat and fish dishes (appetizers and main dishes). his creativity in the kitchen is remarkable, I don't know a restaurant in the Upper Mountains where they would be surprised with presentation and quality. forest fire is perhaps not the most interesting city for a visit (although they have recently added a pretty attraction with panarbora :), but manufactory is a rewarding ground to visit the city. After I have visited the manufactory several times, I can only say that it is better with the age (and both cook and staff are still very young:). I am looking forward to seeing more! reserve a table and enjoy your dinner!
