Dunkin' - Wakefield

Not sure what it is with this location but most of the time they don’t get your order right. I typically go early in the AM on my way to work. The staff can be very chatty so maybe that why? Also, I recently went to this location and went through drive thru and I watched this young lady on sandwich station prep my food then when she had a minute she picked up her phone wearing the same gloves then placed her phone down and then picked up a stack of EGGS still wearing the same gloves she was wearing to pick up her phone. I think I’ll be avoiding this location for now on.

Manager was rude. On 10/09/23 placed an order on mobile app.The deal was supposed to be if you ordered a food item you get a free medium ice coffee. I ordered the ice coffee and two Bacon, egg , and cheese sandwiches on the mobile app. When I went to get my order, all they gave me was the sandwiches. Manager was called and told me I didn 't order correctly.I said, I have done this at other Dunkin ' stores and did it correctly.She replied, NO you didn 't I said, Regardless, I ordered on the app and the deal is that I get the medium ice coffee for free. She argued in a rude tone, No you have to pay. ' I said, don 't screw this up, just admit it must be a glitch, don 't make me give you a bad review. She refused. I asked for a receipt and she turned her back and said, You 're done.

Time and time again this place will get your order wrong or you'll have to wait a while until they get it right. Especially mobile orders later on during the day, say after 3:00. I don't want to say it but I think they're filled with a bunch of delinquents. Sorry I said it there you have it

It's pumpkin donut season and dunkin becomes a daily stop...and they knew my order after only a few visits...

I wish I would of seen all the bad reviews before I came to this dump. Ordered a iced matcha latte with almond milk. It was all almond milk and no matcha. When I looked at the bottom of the cup there were what looked like black beads floating. No it wasn't coffee grounds. I suggest you keep driving and take the Narragansett exit. That Dunkin was so much better.
