Zaika's - Wakefield

Overall, my experience at The Ceylon was not bad. Their famous hot curries were not as spicy as expected, but the chicken in the curries was delicious. The chicken pakoras were overcooked and tough to eat, but became more palatable with the addition of mint sauce. The onion bargies were enjoyable, despite being shaped like burgers. The chicken tikka masala was flavorful, although slightly too salty. The poppadoms were perfect and the mint sauce was fantastic. In conclusion, the meal was pleasant and reasonably priced. I would consider ordering again if my usual spot was closed. I would give it a rating of 6.5/10 - the food was nice but not extraordinary.

Food was bland! They sent a pizza instead of a colzone they sent the colzone and wanted the pizza back

We don't visit this restaurant frequently, but when we do, it's because they serve the best chicken kebabs in the area. The pizza is also quite tasty.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and if it weren't for the people loitering outside, I would have rated the atmosphere even higher.

Got a menu through the post , thought we'd try it , nice food quick del , but the driver nearly took my door of the hinges knocking , and never said a word, so rude and miserable, practically chucked the food at me , and for that reason zaikas I will never order again !!!!!!!
