Subway - Wakefield

Just nipped in for a bite to eat, we was greeted by a very smiley member of staff who politely said she would be with quickly. We ordered the new sub melts n hot sides, the food was brill n the sub melts OMG!

My husband and I were informed that we would have to wait because the staff were busy with takeout orders. We waited, then sat down and continued to wait. We then noticed staff members doing nothing, walking around and playing with the cash register, etc. After being ignored for 12 minutes, I told my husband that I was not willing to wait any longer. This was not the first time we experienced rude behavior from the staff, who seemed to treat customers as if they were a bother. I told my husband that I would never return to this awful establishment. The staff clearly lack training in customer service and this is the worst experience I have ever had with rude staff.

Was met at the door by the lovely Izzy, very pleasant and really nice to talk to, she explained the 9 people in situation, well done Izzy your doing an amazing job xx

I ordered a delivery of a footlong steak and cheese sandwich and a bowl of meatballs. Unfortunately, the meatballs were missing and the sandwich only had a minimal amount of meat, without any cheese. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. This is the second time this has happened. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

It’s not alright is it when you order nachos and this is the state you get them. No refund. Not acceptable.
