Pizza 55 - Wakefield

Absolutely awful. Arrived cold and minus a garlic bread. Rung and told us would be here within 3o mins. Still waiting 2 hours later. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolute joke! Pre ordered in the morning for 6pm delivery. Phone call an hour before to check whether we wanted our delivery earlier, which was not possible. Delivered on time but minus a free garlic cheese bread which was on offer for orders over £20. Told by the delivery driver this was because they were busy (this despite the call one hour earlier so clearly had plenty of time to sort! . Called to complain, told it was now because our order was not over £30! Advised the offer on the website clearly states orders over £20 (and this was listed in the online order we had placed . Told this would now be with us in 30mins, never arrived. Absolute joke, this would never have happened under the previous chef/owner who was all about looking after his customers, should be ashamed!

Absolutely disgusting I witnessed the staff sneezing and coughing over the food. There was a man there looked like potentially the owner looked like he had no respect for the staff and was looking at the staff in and unsuitable manner for how old they look. Personally will never use the place again, was so much better with the old owners. The not plus side was the pizza which was brilliant credit to who ever makes the pizzas. But the overall atmosphere wasn’t for me having teenage daughters myself.

Gorgeous food on time and piping hot. Good prices, we got the 2 pizza deal and the burger box. All was beautiful and you get so much in the burger box! Will definitely order again, and it's only been open a couple of days!

Friendly staff, fresh food, the prices are reasonable, i would recommend this takeaway to anyone in Wakefield
