I would have rated it 5 stars, but I was surprised by the service charge that I wasn't informed about. Other than that, the food was delicious and it was a pleasant dining experience.

I recently stopped at a cafe for coffee and pancakes on my way to Yeovil. The service was quick and friendly, with my order arriving within 5 minutes. The atmosphere was lively, with around 10 other tables occupied by happy customers. A waitress even checked in on me halfway through my meal. I am confused by the negative reviews this cafe has received, as I have enjoyed great service and delicious food every time I have visited. The atmosphere is warm and vibrant, with charming decor reminiscent of a 50's style diner. I will definitely continue to stop by whenever I am in the area.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at (and I have eaten at a few!). The emphasis on the appearance of the restaurant is spot on, and the two waitresses were excellent and tried their best. However, the food was absolutely terrible. The fish was not properly defrosted or cooked and was so tough I couldn't even cut it. The meatballs were incredibly dry, almost like they were trying to resemble the Arizona desert. When we mentioned our disappointment, the waitresses were very apologetic and it was clear they were embarrassed by the lack of attention from the management. They were unwilling to take the dish off the bill. I would not return even for a free meal. The restaurant is clearly not concerned with providing quality food, as evidenced by the numerous bad reviews. I recommend avoiding this place and going to McDonald's instead, where the food is better and a third of the price.

We called into Junction 32 a few days before The Lockdown,the centre itself was almost deserted,with quite a few stores closed. As we'd been on a long walk beforehand,we were quite hungry,so I ordered the large breakfast.This was well presented and the food well cooked and of good quality. The place itself was very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly.

It looks good from out side and welcomed and taken to a table given menus all good so far then a waitress came over took our order nice and easy 2 burgers with a milkshake and a beer 30 minutes later no sign of drinks or food yet there was 5+ waiters just stood around we kept looking over at them but nothing you would think an empty table would be an incline something wasn’t right they served other people while we sat their and then when everyone’s food and drink where given and yet nothing for us my partner then walked up and they just said there’s a problem with the till Our food arrived and looked like it been rushed didn’t taste the best and the only apology was when they gave the food saying sorry it’s taken a bit of time 50 minutes sat their with no drink or food I asked if they can do something to the bill normally I wouldn’t I would just leave but the way that others all got served before us even tho they all arrived after we ordered and myself being diabetic after shopping could have really done with out the delay They replied it was the tills fault and no they can’t give any discount or anything So we paid and walked out and will never go back in again
