Bok Bok - Wakefield

Wow delicious food , a hidden gem in Horbury. Can't wait till I can come again. I have been passing this place for weeks on my way to and from work!

I have never tasted such bad food before. It arrived cold, the chicken fried rice was clumpy, and the stir fry lacked flavor. I reached out to them with my concerns, but they showed no interest.

Recently, the restaurant changed its name but this was the second time we ordered takeout and it will be the last. It's disappointing because the first time was fantastic. Tonight, the noodles were drowning in oil, all the main dishes were overly sweet with no hint of chili, and there was hardly any meat in each dish. We were very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

Last night, we tried Bok Bok for the first time and ordered takeout. We enjoyed the Crispy Wontons and Prawns in batter. For mains, we had prawn Pad Prik Gang, Chicken Pad Ga Prao, and Chicken Pad Nam Prik Pao. All the dishes were flavorful and well-cooked, and we will definitely be coming back. My only criticism is that the Pad Ga Prao, my favorite Thai dish, could have used more chili and Thai Holy Basil. Bok Bok is a hidden gem that offers authentic Thai cuisine and is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered the spicy ribs, red Thai curry and the pork rice, all excellent with speedy delivery recommended
