Contribuiți la feedbackAs a chef, I appreciate Hibachi cuisine, but safety is a top priority for me. Unfortunately, during my recent visit to this restaurant, I observed the chef handling food without gloves and coworkers going to the bathroom without washing their hands afterwards. This was a very unpleasant experience and the manager did not address the issue.
I believe they have changed ownership as the quality of food and portion sizes have declined. It used to be the best place in terms of pricing and quality, but now it is terrible. I hope to find a similar place with better quality in the future.
Once considered the top spot in the remote forest for a reasonably priced lunch, this restaurant has recently started cutting back on portion sizes. The dessert consists of approximately 90% whipped cream, 5% zucchini, and 2 to 3 small pieces of broccoli.
Shrimp was old and when I called they said all shrimp smelled same way... bad customer service
Visited restaurant this evening. Hours of operation are from 10am from 10pm. Arrived at 9:30 pm. Headed towards door and employee or owner ran towards door and locked door. Also turned open light off. Called in to restaurant and asked about hours of operation. He responded we are closed and I proceed to tell him that I would never spend another coin with them and expressed how poor of customer service he displayed. He gave no response and hung up the phone on me. Went up US 1 towards Youngsville and found New Tokyo Hibachi. And was greeted properly and no problem accepting my money. I will never in life visit Hibachi Japan again. I have never been treated so poorly. And I’m pregnant he really hurt my feelings. ???? And I was very generous giving one star but it was required to post review ???
