Ko Sushi - Wakayama

We arrived a little early before they had opened, but the family that runs this traditional sushi restaurant was very welcoming and let us sit in the sushi bar while they were ready. the chef quickly put together a sushi box sampler of his own choice while fixing the fish for the day, and every bite was amazing! the fish was so fresh and full of taste that we were fed with luck high over this little jewel. in any case worth a visit.

Such a funny jewel to stumble! we spent the day in wakayama and wanted something sushi, and we are so happy that we found this place. it is a small family-run restaurant without menu, so they tell the cook what they want. we told him he was making the choice of the cook and we were not disappointed. the thunfish melts in your mouth and the unagi is the best we had so far in japan, we have tried a lot. the chef is such a funny guy and was so patient with the little japanese we know. we would definitely suggest going here! it was about 5,000 yen a person $50 for reference.

The sushi here is very tasty (omakase.) it is worth visiting in this small family longs sushi restaurant when they visit wakayama. they are very friendly and they tried their best to make a staunch with them. even more important is the taste of their fresh sushi ingredients (fishing and whistle)

My so far best experience in japan. had a long excellent talk with the cook, we worked hard to deal with a mix of English and Japanese, but found some excellent medium. I strongly recommend that if you really want to experience an amazing evening!

The best! Real sushi! Kozushi is a traditional family run sushi restaurant that takes pride in its craft and does things the old fashioned way without cutting corners. Daichiro also happens to be the friendliest and funniest guy in Wakayama! You will have a great time!
