Emily's And Bistro - Waitsfield

I love this spot! Emily's is a great addition to the neighborhood. Come as you are, enjoy a nice meal, and make some new friends or catch up with some old ones.

We loved Emily! She does it all, and is so much fun to sit at the bar and chat with. She's got tons of energy and totally knows how to run a the bar/restaurant. The clam chowder was amazing and so was the creative hot dog special. Great beer list and she makes an awesome margarita.

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and had a great time. Emily is slinging quality cocktails and good selection of beers. Great atmosphere and comfortable setting. We will be back!

We were looking for a place to eat with a bar and stumbled on Emily’s. So glad we did. Great food and atmosphere. Had so much fun there. “Miss you Emily”. Lol.. Alicia and Mario

Emily’s was great! She created a warm, welcoming environment with great food and a fun, relaxed vibe. The menu is concise, but everything is delicious and we left full and very happy. Thank you!
