Monday morning at 8:00. Waited about 5-6 minutes before they were recognized for a seat. 2 other tables filled. I guess the staff was busy preparing...

I don’t know what happened to the customer service at Zippys waipio but there was only 1 waitress working the dining area at about 10 pm with 5 booths trying to take care of. The service was extremely terrible. the drinks didn’t get refilled nor did my Diet Pepsi. There’s another waiter but who knows what he was doing ? They obviously don’t help each other out. I’m appalled by their lack of customer service and disappointed with the management that day. I even went to the outside register to actually buy another Diet Pepsi. Fricken sad!!
