Teapresso - Waipahu

I visited the restaurant for some boba, and the staff were incredibly friendly! I didn't have a chance to sample their gelato, but the dragonfruit sorbet looked really tasty, to be honest. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

The milk tea is delicious, but today’s customer service fell short. The girl who took my order was really kind and professional, but the other girl who prepared my drink did not share the same attitude. She seemed to be having an off day and came across with a poor attitude. While my milk tea tasted fantastic, my drink was only filled halfway. I ordered it without ice or boba, and I’ve been here many times ordering the same thing without any issue. This was definitely less than what I’ve received in the past.

She didn’t have the same petite build as the kind girl, and I think her name was Sarah? She seemed to be having an off day and had a bit of a poor attitude. While my milk tea tasted great, it didn’t look right and only filled about half the cup. I ordered it without ice or boba, and I’ve been here many times, always getting the same drink. It has never been served like that before.

Love their milk teas, only thing this time they forgot my boba. I thought initially maybe the cashier didn't hear me right but I was charged for it and it was written on the cup. By the time I took a drink out of it and noticed there wasn't any boba I didn't wanna put in effort to turn back to get it re-made. Overall, love this place, just a little sad this one time, boba really does make a difference in the drink but it's alright. :
