Pizza Hut - Waipahu

The main reason is the pizza was fantastic. I had sworn before, I would never order pizza from pizza hat again because the pizzas would consistently skip on the blows. It was just because of the pandemic, with online ordering, minimal interaction and I and my wife like to remember about Pan Pizza crust that we ordered a pizza from Pizza hat again. This pizza was fantastic. I was still hesitant because it was just a one-time event. Not enough to highlight a trend. Then my grandma wanted pizza when I was there, and my niece took some pizza hat and that was amazing. These experiences were enough to order pizza this time, although they already sold out large pan pizzas. All these experiences come from the Leoku St site in Waipahu and they have when deciding where to eat. I am still hesitant to get pizza hat from any other place, but I will keep my eyes open to see if this is the new company standard or if it only does this place that makes delicious pizza.

I always order the pan pizza, and it's consistently excellent. My order is usually ready by the time I arrive, so I hardly ever have to wait.

This location is the most convenient for me, and I hadn't visited this Pizza Hut in a few years. On Friday, November 5, 2021, at 2:15 a.m., my kids chose Pizza Hut over Domino's, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, including the kitchen team, who popped their heads out to greet us and express their thanks. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management along with the recent renovations in the area, but we're definitely looking forward to visiting again soon.

The food is excellent, and Joseph provides outstanding customer service. He embodies the 'aloha' spirit, which I truly appreciate. It's hard to find that kind of warmth nowadays. Thank you!
