Affordable, quick, and absolutely delicious! Mike and Billz is one of my favorite lunch spots in Waikiki. It can be a bit tricky to find since it’s a small food truck tucked away in a parking lot, but they serve a steak plate for only $7, which comes with a salad. I usually get mine topped with garlic sauce, mushrooms, and an egg.

I had the pleasure of dining at Mike and Billz in their Waikiki location back in 2019, and I still think about that meal at least once a week. It ranks among the top three best meals I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend trying the grilled Mahi Mahi with garlic butter and a hint of Korean hot sauce.
