Island Taco - Waimea

This place hit the spot. It is literally on the side of the road. Small place with very casual seating at picnic type tables. Great food. No alcohol, just sodas but food was good. Classic tacos $13, shrimp tacos and taco salad.

Very nice service, we had other questions that the cashier was able to answer very friendly and help us. Tacos were tasty, but I've had better. Drinks would be great though.

Maybe I came on an off day or something but the tacos were actually disgusting. Our steak taco was dry and underseasoned, and half the steak was chewy gristle. Didn't eat more than a couple bites. Also it's pretty expensive

I had the shrimp papaya taco. One of the best tacos I’ve ever had, if not the best. Fresh ingredients. Warm tortilla with the right amount of crunch. Had to get two since it was sooo good!!

Absolutely amazing seared Ahi taco. Highly recommend! Definitely do not miss eating here if you’re in the neighborhood. It’s delicious and reasonable!
