Takamiya Market - Wailuku

There's a fantastic local market in Wailuku! Be sure to check it out for their poke, prepared dishes, and delicious desserts. We had the poke and a fresh salad, and it was amazing! This is definitely the best spot for poke on Maui, without a doubt!

I always stop by this small market when I return home because they serve authentic Hawaiian-style food. The service is excellent, with very friendly staff and quick service. While prices have increased, it’s hard to say how much they are today.

I always enjoy visiting this market! They have all of my favorite food items. The staff is friendly and helpful. While prices have gone up, the quality of their prepared foods is outstanding.

Small mother and pop operation with local fare and some special items. You make some of the best Poke (ground fish) a local favorite. And much more. Run from locals for locals and others.

Family owned. Very convenient for you to stop by before and after work or school. The employees are very nice and very helpful. Across the street,on Saturday and Sunday, they bar-b-que and sell plate lunches. The food is delicious.... Come and check it out for yourself.
