Tiffany's Restaurant Bar - Wailuku

GREAT SERVICE! SHELBY WAS AMAZING HOST! Made our night with her great vibes and smile! Food was great and came quick.

Tiffany's apparently has been around for decades and is a local favorite. I stumbled upon this restaurant when I ate out at Tin Roof and saw that Tiffany is its sister restaurant on one of the posters that were hung outside the restaurant. I was amazed with Tin Roof's food so I had to check this other place out. I ordered the Miso Butterfish and Fat Chow Funn. The dishes were all amazing in both presentation and taste. The Butterfish had to be one of the most deliciously prepared fish I have had in my life. It was a good balance of umami and sweetness with a hint of saltiness. The Chow Funn was tad salty but had amazing flavor to it. More than the food though, I had a waitress that was attentive, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu. 5 stars does not do justice to the services she provided to us. I highly recommend this restaurant to others for its food but a shout out is necessary to the girl who tended to me and my significant other that night.

Tiffany's menu has significantly changed from the hometown Korean bar I knew it to be as a kid. Food is elevated and while some dishes are great on paper, they are lackluster when prepared. Old favorites are missing or prices are understandably inflated. Desserts are unbelievably good now and the atmosphere is as used to be.

A great hangout spot for elevated local food and imaginative cocktails. Haters may say it's a bit loud inside but what do you expect when everyone is having a good time? Most of the dishes are or are based off of local favorites but always have one or two creative flourishes that set them apart from even really well done analogues. I doubt you can go wrong with anything but the favorite of our group was the Seafood Cake Noodle. It's a Hawaiian-Chinese dish that has always been a favorite of mine as a kid but it was nice to see it so well represented here.
