Calypso - Wailuku

We had an amazing time on the Calypso. Beautiful snorkeling and views. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious. The Calypso crew was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful and fun!!! Would definitely highly recommend.

My wife and I messed up. Thought we booked the Calypso when we actually booked the Quicksilver. We were comparing different offers online and the two boats are operated by the same company (both names were on our purchase confirmation). So, we were at the wrong harbour at the time of departure. Jillian, 1st Mate of the Calypso, got on the phone and, with a very helpful and understanding booking rep, saved our day. We were offered several remedies and chose to board the Calypso. It was an fun day of snorkeling. The crew were awesome. Brandon and Tony were particularly knowledgeable and helpful to us on the top deck and in the water. The food was tasty and sufficient for all aboard. Parking at the Maalaea Harbour was abundant and reasonable at $1 per hour.

We had so much fun! We are experienced snorkelers but I appreciate the safety precautions and the staff able to make so many accomodations for novice snorkelers! The food was amazing and staff was beyond amazing! We had a blast at both snorkel sights and I was finally able to see my first of SO many sea turtles on this trip!

Fun trip and even better crew! Kept everyone happy and safe and made sure everyone had a good time. We were able to see all kinds of fish, reef, and even turtles by the end. Recommend even if you’re not a strong swimmer; they had various flotation devices available!

Great experience! We have been looking for a Molokini snorkelling tour and decided to go with calypso based on the reviews. I recommend the a.m. tour because the area gets windy in the afternoon. They had all the equipment in all the sizes, they even had prescriptions snorkel masks some items on the boat or for sale such as T-shirts and rash guards all reasonably priced. Our overall experience was fabulous and our group felt safe at all times. what we really enjoyed about this vessel was its kept clean and in really good condition, also the back of the boat has many isles to get off and on so you’re not kept waiting and wasting your time. Our check-in time was 6:45 AM and I recommend being there for that time to get the right seat. Some seats are indoors and hold larger groups, other seats are in the sun, some have little tables for you to eat your breakfast or lunch on and some are bench seating.The food was good and not short of supplies. For breakfast there was scrambled eggs and meat, fresh fruit, muffins and multiple juices and coffee. For lunch there was Pulled Pork buns with coleslaw or turkey sandwiches. Chips, veggies and fruit.Shout out to the cocktails because they were amazing. The booze is served after the last snorkel and they use local beer and spirits, which is great!
