What a stunning place for dinner! We indulged in a three-course meal by the water, and it didn't disappoint. The sunset during our meal was the perfect way to wrap up our stay in Hawaii. While the food was enjoyable, it wasn't quite on par with some of the three-course meals I've had elsewhere, particularly in Vegas. However, it was the best meal we experienced on the island, and the view made it all worthwhile. I ordered a Lava Flow cocktail to accompany my meal, and it was fantastic. The onion rings were quite hefty, but that's on me; I was just really hungry when I ordered and ended up going a bit overboard. They also serve bread at the table, so take my advice: just enjoy the bread and you’ll find the meal is more than satisfying on its own.

Fantastic location with stunning views. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner while watching the sunset. The service was excellent and the wine selection was satisfactory. While I question whether the meal itself justifies the price, the overall experience and the views definitely make it worth a visit. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful evening here! Be sure to make a reservation early, as sunset times are highly sought after. The tasting menu was fantastic, especially enjoyed while dining outside. Come with an appetite, but don't hesitate to request to-go boxes if needed. The drinks were incredibly delicious, and the food was excellent.

Our first night at Hilton Waikoloa we had a dinner at Kamuela Provision Company. As other critics note, the setting is directly above the sea with a front row seat to sunset, which in and from itself makes it all worthwhile. But we also felt that the food was served nicely and delicious, the 3 course tasting menu and some extras such as fresh oysters and the Maui onion ring tower with spicy aioli. Our server Cornelious was wonderful and made sure that we can enjoy the courses slowly and evenly so that we can relax and simply enjoy the evening. It was the perfect first night in Hawaii.

We had reservations for dinner and sunset . The winds were not cooperating. They got us as close to outside as they could . The sunset on my 20th anniversary with my wife.. Total package ... Breath Taking.
